Our Return Policies

Bras

All bras are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please make sure items are eligible for a return:

• Item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed (no perfume or deodorant markings). Soiled garments will not be accepted for a return.
• Item must have all original tags. 
• All gift accessories must also be returned in original pouches, undamaged.

KARÈS^TM reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not conform to any of the requirements listed above.

Refund process

• Once the item is received, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refund will appear on your credit card within 5 to 10 business days.
• Any returned items that do not comply with KARÈS^TM’ return policy will be denied refund.

Can you clarify shipping costs?

• Once an order is placed, shipping fees are covered by Karès^TM for a limited time only in Canada and USA.
• Please note, the shipping fees on your returns are non-refundable. 
• Exchange fees will be covered by Karès^TM upon item returned initiated through our Return Center Portal.
• For returns, the shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
