Returns and Exchanges
All returns are done through our Return Center Portal. Click here to initiate a return or an exchange. Please note, the shipping fees on your returns are non-refundable. Karès will only cover the shipping fees for exchanges. For returns, the shipping fees will be covered by the customer. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment after the merchandise has been inspected. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt of merchandise. It may take up to 7 additional business days depending on the financial institutions policies.
Please note that all orders will be processes in CAD dollars and will be converted on your payment card. The USD currency is for displaying conversion only on the website.
